Visitors are always welcome. Email ahead of time to reserve a spot and check out our wide array of FALLS CROSSFIT souvenirs – t-shirts, tall socks, coffee mugs, caps, paleo goods and so much more. Store is open 10 minutes before/after class (see class schedule).
We offer CrossFit, YogaFit® and Private/Semi-Private Coaching. The café offers everything paleo, protein shakes, organic coffee, tea and so much more.

*Registration appointments are mandatory for new members and include a tour of the facility, a brief overview of our gym policies and required paperwork must be submitted.
Please print the 3 MANDATORY forms listed below, complete, sign and bring with you when you attend your registration/information session. ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE BROUGHT WITH YOU.
Gym is located at 4776 Bridge Street (corner of Bridge and Victoria Avenue). Limited onsite parking available. Free parking on Bridge Street, and on Victoria Avenue. after 5:00 pm, and on weekends.
