Falls CrossFit/NFFS&WC offers regular group classes 6 days a week.

Click on the “Welcome” page to view the current schedule, and use our convenient  online appointment booking option to reserve your registration appointment.

CrossFit - 60 minute class

Monday – 9:00 AM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Tuesday – 12:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:15 PM
Wednesday – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Thursday –  5:00 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Friday – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM
Saturday – 9:00 AM

Yoga - 60 minute class

Tuesday 7:30 pm
Friday 10:30 am

CrossFit Foundations Program – 1 hour 30 minute class x 4 classes
