Class Schedule

We offer regular group fitness classes 6 days a week.

Click on the “New Member Sign Up” tab to view the current schedule, and use our convenient  online appointment booking option to reserve your mandatory registration appointment.

Group Fitness Class - 60 minute class

Monday – 9:00 AM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Tuesday – 12:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:15 PM
Wednesday – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Thursday –  5:00 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Friday – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM
Saturday – 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM

Yoga - 60 minute class

Monday 10:15 am
Tuesday 7:30 pm
