CrossFit - 60 minute class

Monday – 9:00 AM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Tuesday – 12:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:15 PM
Wednesday – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Thursday -  5:00 PM, 6:15 PM, 7:30 PM
Friday – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM
Saturday – 9:00 AM

YogaFit® - 45 minute class

Tuesday 7:30 pm
Wednesday 10:30 am
Friday 10:30 am

CrossFit Foundations Program – 1 hour 30 minute class x 4 classes 
Thursday evenings 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm. May 1, 8, 15 and 22nd.

Great Gorge WOD -  Check “Great Gorge WOD” tab for more details and info on how to register.  Visiting CrossFitter’s may arrange to perform this WOD at a time that is convenient to them during their stay, by emailing Yvonne.nffswc@live.ca.
